Here's the TOP Routine for Best Results
Take 1st thing in the morning
1 spoon of honey and 1 spoon of lemon juice,
mixed in warm water.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day
WORKOUT
Just start running on a treadmill for about 45 seconds at medium(50-70%) pace
then increase the speed to your maximum for 10-15 seconds,
Decrease the speed to little slow (30-40% of your maximum). for 20-25 seconds.
Have Rest as much as u need (5-10 minutes.)
Then Repeat that Workout once more.
In case you don't have treadmill you can just move your hands and body like you are running, without any movement of feet.
u can take sips of water during and after workout.
and Don't eat anything for 1 hour (at least 1/2 an hour) after workout.
Then u can take your after workout meal.
Take protein rich meals low in carbohydrates and fats
